Terms and Conditions

General:

• Reception from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 (Reception closed from 16:00 to 18:00)
• Check- in from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 (Late check-in available upon request)
• Check-out before 11:00
• No curfew
• Silence is requested after midnight
• Pets are not allowed
• Breakfast not available
• Electric bikes and electric scooters forbidden inside the establishment
• In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory for all tourist accommodations in Spain to collect guest identification data which will be provided before the arrival or during check-in. (Access to the accommodation will be denied in case of non-compliance with this legal obligation)

Payment Policy:

• Payment of the first night with credit/debit card when making the reservation
• Remaining balance payable with credit/debit card or in cash upon arrival
• A deposit of 10 € is requested upon arrival only with credit card (cash is not accepted) as this amount is pre-authorized on your card (it is a withholding) and this withholding expires automatically after the period of 8 days
• Taxes included

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date. (The amount paid will be refunded)
• You will have to pay the amount of the first night if you cancel during the 7 days before arrival date or if you do not show up.
